Loren & Zohar's First Look

I'm always overjoyed when a couple decides to do a "First Look" during their wedding session. It's such an intimate event. Sure, it's exciting to see that person you're about to spend the rest of your life with for the first time on the aisle, your gasps shared by those in the audience. But what makes the moment even more beautiful and intense, is to share the enormity of that moment solely with the person who means more to you than anyone else-- and with that moment, being able to hold it, build it, cherish it, enjoy it, feel it and share it. Allowing yourselves the beauty of holding on to and enjoying it for as long as possible. A moment meant for just the 2 of you, while your photographers capture it from a distance. Holding on to one another, being present for one another, and living together in that moment.

I know you're all dying to experience a little piece of what Loren and Zohar experienced the moment they saw eachother for the very first time, which is why I'm so excited to share with you this sweet blog, detailing the most special event.
~

Gorgeous Loren was an absolute vision in her gown as she looked at herself in the mirror one last time before going to the man she'd be spending the rest of her life with.

She walked down the hallway from the bridal suite, into the courtyard where her husband to be sat in  much anticipation waiting for his bride.

The moment Loren saw him, even though just from the back, she was overcome with so much emotion, she wasn't able to hold the tears back.

She slowly approached him, the anticipation enormous. She smiled as tears rolled down her face.

She paused in an attempt to keep it together, as she watched her soon to be husband sitting there, waiting for her. Zohar remained calm and cool, as his stunning bride stood behind him. Inside we knew the anticipation was killing him (it was definitely killing us!)

Finally, she reached out slowly and touched his shoulder. He was asked not to turn around until he felt her touch.

(WOW!)

They smiled, they laughed, and they danced.
(& I think their photos speak for themselves.)

I feel eternally grateful for being able to have a special place and not only be there to bare witness to this beautiful event, but to help capture it for them to cherish for all of eternity.
